Therapeutic Approaches and Online Support with Keith Williams
Keith often uses Client-Centered Therapy, which focuses on creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients are encouraged to explore their own feelings and find personal solutions - this approach is helpful for building self-esteem, processing grief and strengthening personal insight.
He also draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a structured method that helps people identify and reframe unhelpful thoughts and behaviours to manage anxiety, depression, addictions and stress more effectively.
Mindfulness Therapy is used alongside these approaches to help clients develop present-moment awareness and practical coping skills for emotional regulation and stress reduction.
Finding the right approach is part of the therapeutic process, and Keith works collaboratively with each person to tailor methods to their needs, goals and preferences. Together they explore which techniques feel most useful and adjust the plan as therapy progresses.
Online therapy with Keith is offered via video calls, phone sessions, live chat and text-based messaging, providing flexible access to sessions from different locations. These options make it easier to arrange appointments around work, family and other commitments while maintaining continuity of care with a licensed professional.
